High Precision Bourdon Tube Compound Pressure Gauge
Application
Compound pressure gauge is used to measure mediums pressure that are higher than or lower than atmospheric pressure. It is widely used in oil pipelines, water conservancy and hydro-power, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical, oil wells, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipeline air supply, vacuum equipment and other industries.
Theory
The measuring system of the compound pressure gauge is composed of a connection tube, an elastic element (Bourdon tube), a transmission mechanism and an indication device.
When the elastic element is elastically deformed under pressure, it causes displacement of the element end. The displacement is amplified by the transmission mechanism, which pushes the indication device, and then the pointer indicates the pressure value on the dial that engraved with the unit of measurement.

Operation
■In the environment with sharp pressure change, vibration and pulsation, protective devices should be added to the pressure gauge.
■Do not use hand to pull the gauge case during installation or disassembly. Please use a wrench for installation.
■Please use the pressure gauge with no oil mark when measuring oxygen, acetylene or other combustible gases.
■Pressure gauge should be installed horizontally or vertically.
■When measuring the medium with explosion risk, easy crystallization, easy solidification and corrosive effect on copper and copper alloy, please select Hakin special medium pressure gauge.
■The normal working environment temperature is - 40 ℃ to + 70 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be more than 85%.
